  They are very thorough with my children and tooth care. Everyone is nice and helpful! Keep up the great work! My babies have beautiful smiles because of kids care!!!

  As my sister was getting her teeth xrays I was standing next to the window and these lady's sitting behind the desk are talking very badly about the patients here at kidskare one in particular.. You'd think working in a public place these lady's would have respect but they don't. We've only been here since 11:30 and its non stop complain complain complain. No need to talk crap about patients and their hair color or make fun of them for having a personality and being who they are.. I wouldn't want to be helped by these 5 rude lady's who can't keep their mouths shut.. Not even for 5 minutes sitting down waiting for a room to open up and these 2 lady's wanna give dirty looks and whisper behind the desk.. We can hear you and clearly you have no respect for anyone.. I will be calling and leaving a complaint about the workers at this dentist office.!!! There's a thing called respect and no other dentist place in Hobbs has acted so disrespectful and rude towards people..

  We waited an hour just for our insurance to be approved. I have never waited that long to get it verified, its blue cross blue shield for goodness sakes! Absolutely NO communication from the staff that they were having issues. We left without being seen.
